Are We Still Living in Psychological Egypt?

I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt (psychological bondage), out of the house of slavery. You shall have no other gods (egos) before Me. You shall not make for yourself an idol (thought) of any kind or an image (physic aggregates) of anything in the heavens above, on the earth beneath, or in the waters below.
In this passage we can still see ourselves enslave in the house of bondage we haven’t liberate ourselves as yet we’re psychologically still in Egypt because we still worship those idols that we have created within ourselves these idols are not external they’re within our very own selves.
Idol worship is psychological, not physical. Any psychological attachment is idol worship. Idol worshippers are defined as people whose minds are absorbed by any desire namely anger, hatred, envy, gluttony, lust, jealousy, resentment, covetousness, laziness, vanity, pride including religious or scientific fanaticism, which is excessive intolerance of opposing views. In such people, their fanaticism controls their thoughts, emotions, and actions that is to say, their behavior, or their motivations towards their neighbors. In general, our self-esteem makes us worshippers of our own egotistical idols. Worse, when someone is trying to awaken consciousness but is still a fanatic of any point of view, their fanaticism influences their mystical experiences, and thereafter the person makes a psychological image or idol with terrible power. Fanaticism leads people to become fully enslaved as worshipers or disciples of their own egos.
